Paranoia.

I think things through way too much.
As I do, I come up with many outrageous and some unlikely explanations.
After the explanations comes a slight doubt.
After the doubt comes anxiousness.
After that comes panic.

From that I become more self aware and also more self-consious.

Although... once i've re-evaluted the situation I realise how stupid i've been.
